One of the few purpose built Temples in Norfolk, it was built in 1970 at a cost of £7000, and is owned by St. Edmunds Lodge who also own the land on which it is built. There are no dining facilities, but Dinners are held at the Connaught Hall next door, (which is not owned by the Lodge). Car parking is available, also next door, without charge.

The Provincial Grand Lodge of Norfolk consists of 75 private lodges, including over 4,500 members. Masonic meetings are held at 23 masonic centres throughout Norfolk.
